Jowar Cake

(ज्वारीच्या पिठाचा केक )

  Ingredients:-
  • 1/2 Cup Jowar flour,

  • 1/2 cup curd,

  • 1/3 cup wheat flour,

  • 2 Tbsp. Corn flour,

  • 1/2 Tbsp. baking soda,

  • 2 tbsp. milk powder,

  • 1 tbsp. oil,

  • 1/3 Cup hot water,


  Method:-
  1. first of all curd,milk powder and jaggery powder is mix together with the help of mixer grinder then add oil in it and mix well.

  2. then mixture is ready add baking powder in it and leave for 10 minutes.

  3. after that jowar flour,wheat flour and corn starch is sieve.and add to the mixture and mix well.

  4. then take baking pot grease ghee in it and add the batter in it.

  5. then take kadhai add salt in it and keep a lid and preheat for 10 minutes.then place baking pot in a kadhai and keep a lid for 20-25 minutes on low flame gas.

  6. if you are baking cake in oven in that case preheat oven on 180 degree celcius and leave for 45 minutes.

  7. after that jowar cake is remove from pot after cooling then jowar cake is ready to serve.
