  Ingredients:-
  • Water:-1/4 cup,

  • Carom Seed Powder:-1 Tsp,

  • Oil:-2 Tbsp,

  • Turmeric Powder:-1/2 Tsp,

  • Chilli Powder:-1 tsp,

  • Tomato ketchup:-2 tbsp,

  • salt,

  Method:-
  1. Take pot add water,carom seed powder,oil,turmeric powder,chilli powder,tomato ketchup & salt in it.Mix them

  2. Then add Gram flour in it and mix them and make a soft dough.

  3. leave this dough for 5 minutes for set. after that fill the dough in shev maker.

  4. Then take kadhai and add oil in it and make shev and deep fry both side in the oil.

  5. Leave the fried shev for 10 minutes to cool down after that store it in airtight container.

  6. You can store shev for 2-3 months.

  7. Now tomato flavor shev ready to serve.
