Ragi Idli Recipe for weight loss
(नारळाच्या चटणीसोबत नाचणीची इडली )

For Ragi Idli:-
Ragi - 1/2 cup,
Urad dal - 1/2 Cup
Salt,
water,
For Coconut Chutney:-
Fresh Coconut - 1/3 cup,
ginger - 2-3 slice,
green chilly - 2,
cumin seed - 1 tsp,
water - 1/3 cup and more
salt for taste,
Method: -
For Ragi Idli:-
1. Take 1/2 cup of ragi and 1/2 cup of urad dal wash them.
2. and soack for 8-10 hours after that grind them and make a thick batter,
3. them leave it for whole night for fermentation.
4. then morning add salt on batter.mix well and
5. take idli pot apply oil on it and pour batter in idli pot then steam for 15 minutes.
6. after that idli leave for cooling for 5 minutes and serve with coconut chutney.if you don't like coconut chutney you can use with tomato chutney or any green chutney.
For coconut Chutney:-
1. take mixer grinder pot add chopped coconut,ginger slice,chillies,cumin seed,salt and water grind all the ingredients
2. coconut chutney ready for serve with ragi idli.

रागी इडलीसाठी/नाचणी इडली:-
नाचणी - १/२ कप,
उडदाची डाळ - १/२ कप
मीठ,
पाणी,
नारळाच्या चटणीसाठी:-
ताजे नारळ - 1/3 कप,
आले - २-३ तुकडे,
हिरवी मिरची - २,
जिरे - 1 टीस्पून,
पाणी - 1/3 कप आणि अधिक
चवीनुसार मीठ,
